Smart Marina
The smart platform for marinas and tourist ports
Access for cars, people and boats, berths and security in one system. It recognises situations, not people.

No biometric recognition
The problem
A marina is run with many systems that don’t talk to each other.
A day at the marina
Today every system works on its own: staff on the quay find out by phone or from a logbook.
2Guests, crews and suppliers registered by hand
3Cameras that record but don’t alert
4Badges and tags to hand out and collect back

The market we serve
A clear demand: marina operators want security and hospitality together.
Who paysMarina and tourist port operators
Concession holders, management companies, boatyards with berths.
First caseA pilot marina
We start with one gate and one pontoon, with the metrics agreed beforehand.
ThenMore marinas, then other sites
More ports connected, and other access-controlled sites.

What already exists
Each tool covers one part of the port. None holds them together.
Height = how much the tool understands on its own · position = how much of the port it covers

What we connect
Six parts of the port, one point of control.

Why it’s different
More security, less friction for whoever comes in.
Recognises situations, not people
No facial recognition: the system sees intrusions, flows and hazards, not who you are.
No badges, no app to install
A QR code or a link is all a guest needs: the permit is valid for the right berth and the right time.
Builds on what the port already has
It uses existing cameras and systems; analysis happens on site, in the port.

How it works
Four steps: see, connect, decide, act.
01 · SEE
Cameras, number-plate readers and sensors report what happens at the gates, on the water and on the pontoons
02 · CONNECT
The car, people and boat of the same visit go into a single temporary record
03 · DECIDE
Port rules and a confidence level say whether it’s normal; in doubtful cases a person decides
04 · ACT
The barrier opens, staff get a notification, the guest receives the berth and directions
Active security
Ten situations the system recognises and reports.
Press «Play»: the situations light up one at a time where they can happen.
1Perimeter intrusion
2Person in the water
3Smoke or fire on board
4Vehicle in a restricted area
5Access without a permit
6Unusual crowding
7Abandoned object
8Suspicious movements at night
9Collision between boats
10Fuel slick on the water

How we start
Security and access first, then everything else.
1 · Security and accessgates, video analytics, alarms, QR codes for guests
2 · Operations controlsmart berths and parking, tasks for staff
3 · Guest servicesdigital welcome, forecasts, digital twin of the port
4 · Several marinas togethershared control for different ports
The pilotOne marina, one gate, one pontoon
The first phase is tested in a small area, chosen with the operator.
What we measureTimes, alarms, queues
How long is the wait at the gate? How many alarms were real? How many guests get in without queuing?
What we needAn operator ready to start
Access to the cameras and the management software, an operational contact at the port.

What if the port already knew who was arriving?
The first step: a site visit to choose the gate and the pontoon for the pilot.
